Ingredients


1 cup watermelon (diced)


1 cup pineapple (diced)


1 cup strawberries (sliced)


½ cup blueberries


1 kiwi (peeled and sliced)


1 orange (peeled and segmented)


1 tablespoon honey (optional)


1 tablespoon lemon juice


A few fresh mint leaves (for garnish)


Step 1: Prepare the Fruits

1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly under running water.

2. Dice the watermelon and pineapple into bite-sized pieces.

3. Slice the strawberries and kiwi thinly.

4. Peel and segment the orange.

5. Keep blueberries whole.



Step 2: Mix the Dressing

1. In a small bowl, mix honey and lemon juice.

2. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved (optional but adds flavor).


Step 3: Combine the Fruits

1. In a large mixing bowl, add all the prepared fruits.

2. Drizzle the honey-lemon dressing over the fruits.

3. Gently toss the fruits to ensure they are evenly coated.


Step 4: Garnish and Serve

1. Transfer the fruit salad to a serving bowl or individual plates.

2. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing look.

3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before serving for a chilled salad.
