 Bacon and Eggs Recipe









Ingredients:


4 strips of bacon


2 large eggs


1 tablespoon butter (optional)


Salt, to taste


Pepper, to taste


Instructions:


1. Cook the Bacon:

Place a skillet over medium heat.

Lay the bacon strips flat in the skillet without overlapping.

Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until crispy and golden brown.

Remove the cooked bacon and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.


2. Prepare the Eggs:

If there's too much bacon grease in the skillet, pour some out, leaving about 1-2 tablespoons for cooking the eggs.

(Optional) Add butter to the skillet for extra flavor.


3. Fry the Eggs:

Crack the eggs directly into the skillet.

For sunny-side-up eggs, cook over low heat until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.

For over-easy eggs, gently flip the eggs and cook for another 30 seconds to a minute.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.


4. Serve:

Plate the crispy bacon alongside the fried eggs.

Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley or serve with toast for a complete breakfast.
